This was our big ferry day. We woke up nice and early to catch the metro to the port to get on the 7:45am ferry. The ferry took us to Mykonos Island. It took about 5 hours but at the end of it we ended up here.
It is just beautiful. We grabbed some groceries and after some confusion with the bus system made it to our flat in Plato Gialos. Ahh the island life!
I highly recommend Plato Gialos and going to the Greek Islands in May. The weather was beautiful and since the season was just starting you didn't have to fight any other tourists for restaurant reservations or beach space.
